Where to check
- Open PayPal Settings, then Payments.
- Select Subscriptions and saved businesses or Automatic Payments.
- Open the merchant entry to see contact information and payment method details.
Where to cancel
- Cancel the automatic payment inside PayPal if PayPal is the active billing agreement.
- Also cancel inside the merchant account when the merchant still controls the subscription.
Refund or review route
- Contact the merchant first when you recognize it. If it looks unauthorized, use PayPal Resolution Center or your payment provider according to their current rules.

- PayPal transaction ID
- Merchant name
- Automatic payment status
- Cancellation screenshot
- Merchant support replies
Warnings
- Canceling the PayPal billing agreement may not close your account with the merchant.
